The repair policy ensures efficient and fast handling of all faulty products.
LedUnion gives two years warranty on all products, starting at the date of delivery from factory.
Applies to products that fail during warranty period under normal use. A product is not eligible for warranty repair if it has been modified or is found to contain out-of-warranty damage.
- During the warranty time, LedUnion repairs faulty products free of charge.
- Warranty repairs are returned to the customer via DHL or similar express, carriage prepaid by LedUnion. The carriage of faulty products to the designated repair office is prepaid by the customer.
- Warranty repairs are diagnosed, repaired and shipped back to the customer in 2-4 weeks after receipt, according to overall repair office workloads and components availability.
Applies to all products not covered under warranty.
- Non-warranty repair services are available for a fee. Quoted by LedUnion's maintenance partner, after discussion and agreement, the customer send the faulty products to the designated repair office. Two-way carriage charges are borne by the customer.
- The non-warranty repaired parts are warranted for one year.
- Non-warranty repairs are diagnosed, repaired and shipped back to the customer in 2-4 weeks after receipt, according to overall repair office workloads and components availability.
Customers may request high priority for their repair to get a shorter turnaround time after receipt at the designated repair office for an additional charge. Due to the nature of repair issues, this service is not always available. If the high priority service is not available, the customer will be notified and given the option to proceed with the normal repair cycle or other solutions.
