ledUnion Online ConsultingUnless delivered by Express, or otherwise discussed and written in the order contract, all sales are based on FCA Shenzhen term (Incoterms 2000). LedUnion is responsible for delivering the goods from the factory to the designated warehouse in Shenzhen (possibly near the port or airport). Hereafter, the freight forwarding company designated by LedUnion or the customer will undertake the export declaration, transportation, import customs clearance and other affairs, and the expenses shall be borne by the customer.
